Permitting and structural work in Maryland
Additions require permits in every Maryland county we work in. We handle the permit applications, work with structural engineers when needed, manage foundation and framing inspections, and close out the project so it's clean for resale and refinancing.
Process for an addition
Feasibility walkthrough. We look at the lot, setbacks, foundation, structural ties, MEP, and budget.
Design. Drawings produced in-house or with your architect.
Estimate & contract. Itemized, with clear allowances and schedule.
Permits. Submitted, tracked, and inspected.
Build. Foundation → framing → roof tie-in → MEP rough → drywall → finishes.
Walkthrough & warranty.
