1. Free in-home consultation. Chris, the owner, meets you in your kitchen — not in a showroom — to measure, listen, and talk through layout ideas, materials, and a realistic budget. There's no pressure and no sales rep.
2. Written estimate and design. Within a few days you receive an itemized written proposal with allowances for cabinets, counters, tile, and fixtures. We refine the layout until you're ready to move forward.
3. Selections and ordering. We help you choose cabinet style, counter slabs, tile, hardware, and lighting, then order with enough lead time to keep the schedule tight.
4. Build phase. Demo, framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, cabinets, counters, tile, paint, flooring, trim — in that order, with one lead carpenter coordinating every trade.
5. Final walkthrough and punch list. Before you pay the final balance, we walk through together and tighten every detail.
