Process for a whole-home remodel
Walkthrough & scope. We meet at the home, take notes room by room, and outline a phased or single-phase plan.
Design & estimate. Itemized written proposal across every room and trade, with clear allowances.
Selections. We help you choose cabinets, counters, tile, paint, flooring, fixtures, and trim in an order that supports the schedule.
Build. Demo → framing → MEP → drywall → cabinetry → tile/counters → flooring → trim → paint → punch list.
Move-in / re-occupy. Walk every room with us before final payment.
